Vernon is a place where people put down roots.
It’s this Vernon that has been Ann’s and my home since 1999.
We raise families, build careers, volunteer, and look out for one another. We’re surrounded by lakes, hillsides, forests, and grasslands. We’re strengthened by community organizations, and shaped by neighbours who pitch in, lend a hand, and help build the community we share
It’s where we raised our children. It’s where I spent most of my teaching career. It’s where we’ve built friendships, worked alongside neighbours, and become part of a community that has given us far more than we could ever repay.
That’s why I’m running for City Council.
I believe in Vernon and I believe its future is ours to shape. I want to put my experience, energy and judgment to work helping us shape it together.
